Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund.
